This means that we do not just treat symptoms, but look for the reasons that cause them or at least contribute to them. Cause-oriented treatment is particularly suitable for chronic or recurring disorders. If only the symptoms are treated, there is a risk of falling into a vicious circle. With targeted measures, it is possible to break it and establish a therapeutic concept to improve the physical condition.
As a certified holistic coach (according to Prof. Spitz, Akademie f\u00fcr menschliche Medizin<\/a>) and an expert in stress medicine, Dr Roth will give you health-oriented advice and help you strengthen your immune system or increase your vitality.
Various topics such as nutrition, vital substances, exercise, sleep hygiene, as well as psycho-mental aspects and stress management will be addressed.
